Privacy Policy for KitKat Block Blast

Effective date: October 15, 2026

KitKat Block Blast (“the App”) is a casual puzzle game. This policy explains what data is handled when you use the App.

1. Data we collect

The App does not require an account and does not collect names, emails, or precise location. The following data may be collected automatically, primarily to show ads and keep the App working:

  • Device information (device model, operating system version, app version, language).
  • Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS where permitted).
  • Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region level, used for ad relevance).
  • App interactions (screens viewed, ads shown or tapped) and crash/diagnostic data.
  • Game progress stored only on your device (score, level, settings). We do not operate servers that store your gameplay.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows banner and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and use the data listed above to deliver, measure, and personalize ads, under Google’s own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

You can limit ad personalization at any time:

  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (or “Delete advertising ID”).
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track.”

3. How we use data

  • To operate the game (levels, scores, power-ups).
  • To display ads that keep the game free.
  • To diagnose crashes and improve stability.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data sharing

Data is shared only with Google (AdMob / Play services) for the advertising and measurement purposes described above. We do not share data with other third parties.

5. Data retention

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Advertising and analytics data retained by Google is governed by Google’s retention policies.

6. Children

The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Because we hold no account data about you, ad-related requests are handled through your device settings (section 2) and Google’s controls. For anything else, contact us below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App changes. The current version will always be posted at this page with a revised effective date.

10. How to request deletion of your data

KitKat Block Blast keeps your game progress (scores, levels, settings) only on your device — it is permanently removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.

Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled by Google; manage it anytime in your device ad settings (see section 2) or via Google My Ad Center.

To request deletion of anything else linked to you:

  1. Email kslab.ma@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request — KitKat Block Blast”.
  2. Include your device type (Android/iOS) so we can identify any related records.
  3. We will confirm by email once your request is completed, within 30 days.

Data deleted on request: any correspondence and records tied to your request. Data kept: anonymized crash statistics that cannot identify you. No additional retention period applies to personal data we hold, because we operate no user accounts or servers.
