KSLAB · CHOCO BLAST MERGE
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
About this policy
KSLAB provides Choco Blast Merge, an Android dessert-merging game. This policy explains information handled by the game, its advertising provider, and our support team. The game does not require an account or offer public player profiles, chat, or user-uploaded content.
Game progress on your device
Your best score, earned stars, and unlocked levels are saved on your device so that progress remains available when you reopen the game. The game does not send this progress to a KSLAB server or offer account-based cloud synchronization. Android backup settings may separately back up or restore app data. Clearing the app's storage removes its local progress.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The Android app uses Google AdMob to display banner ads and requests non-personalized advertising. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Google's advertising SDK may handle your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and advertising identifiers, ad or app interactions, and technical diagnostics. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, operate its services, and detect invalid activity. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy. The game does not request access to your microphone, contacts, photos, or precise device location.
Consent and advertising choices
The app checks Google's consent service before initializing advertising. Where required, a Google consent message asks you to make privacy choices. When available, use Ad privacy options on the game's main menu to review those choices. Ads are not requested when Google's consent service does not permit them. You can also manage or delete your advertising ID using Android's privacy settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not stop all advertising-related collection.
Information you send to support
If you email KSLAB for help, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We keep support messages only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations.
Storage, security, and service providers
Local progress remains until you remove the app's stored data, subject to your device's backup settings. Google determines retention of advertising information under its policies and may process it outside your country. Google's mobile advertising SDK encrypts data in transit. No device or transmission method is completely secure. The game does not include a separate KSLAB analytics or account service.
Children and families
The game does not provide a form for players to enter a name, age, email address, or other profile details. Parents or guardians with questions about a child's privacy or information sent to our support team can contact KSLAB using the details below. Google and Android provide additional advertising and family privacy controls.
Your choices and rights
You can remove saved game progress through Android Settings by clearing the app's storage. This resets the best score, stars, and unlocked levels. Removing local game data does not automatically remove information already handled by Google. Use Google's privacy controls for Google-held data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or contact a privacy authority. Contact KSLAB about information you sent directly to us.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the game or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, contact KSLAB at kslab.ma@gmail.com or visit https://kslab.ma. This policy covers Choco Blast Merge; websites and services you open from the game may have their own policies.
